DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

A full body session combines long Swedish effluerage and petrissage, in addition to other slow deep tissue techniques. Also, I frequently use some acupressure point work with my thumbs, knuckles, elbows and forearms. This helps construct a feeling of relaxation, alignment and is deeply therapeutic. Deep tissue massage is very effective for tuning up, rejuvenating, and feeling newly alive.
